VUDA has undertaken various measures to expedite & simplify its duties and functions.

Citizen’s Charter:

• Since 1999, VUDA has implemented a Citizen's Charter to provide awareness to the public about VUDA’s functions and duties.

Computerization:

• For quick disposal of public applications, speedy and simple administration, and organized record maintenance, VUDA has computerized its office. VUDA staff and officers are trained to operate the latest equipment.
